  • Your orders will be processed on a daily basis on business days, which is Monday to Friday (except public holiday). The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 3.00 PM (GMT +8).
  • Estimated delivery will be from 7 to 14 working days.
  • We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resource issues.
  • If the ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out your parcel. However, in certain conditions, we might refund you directly without prior notice.
  • After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via your contact email. If you haven’t received your parcel within the promised lead time, please contact the courier company directly (details will be sent to you via email).
If the address you have given us cannot be delivered to or your contact number is unreachable, causing the parcel to be rejected, you will be required to bear the additional shipping costs for resending the parcel.
