How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a shipping notification sent to your email address. You can also track your order directly from the dispatch confirmation email we sent you.

Alternatively, you can find the tracking number in “My Orders” under "Tracking". You can then use this number to track your parcel on our delivery partner's website.

Please note: Tracking links may take 24-48 hours to work.

Can I change my shipping address after making an order?

You may change your shipping address as long as the order has not yet been shipped out.
My order has been shipped but I no longer want my order delivered, can I request for cancellation and refunds?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel and refund a shipment once an order has been completed and shipped. Please contact our support team via email for further assistance.
