Are you thinking of returning your canvas print? CanPrint values your satisfaction in our products and are here to help.

Every personalised canvas print from CanPrint has been printed and packed with care on high-quality canvas materials. While the best efforts have been made to maintain the quality of our products, there could be rare occurrences where we may have overlooked a defect.

In the case of such an occurrence, please email info@canprint.my with:
  • Photos of the defect taken from several angles.
  • Include your full name, order number and a description of the defect.
Please contact us via email with the necessary details WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS of receiving your order. If the defect is due to production errors or damaged during shipping, we will have a replacement order made. CanPrint will not be held responsible for defect reports later than the given duration.

IMPORTANT: IMPORTANT: If the canvas print has a defect, we may have this fixed or replaced. CanPrint is not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors or defects that include but are not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your Canvas Print carefully before placing your order.

Refunds:

If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for an order, you may request for a refund
  • If the ordered item is exactly the same and ordered on the same date and a similar time.
  • You were charged more than once for the same booking.
Note: Kindly bear in mind that the excess amount paid will be refunded back to the original mode of payment.

You may request for a refund by sending an email to info@canprint.my. Please include your order number and credit card/bank transaction statement based on the mode of payment used.
